Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment is required during the trial period. This allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a subscription.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription period, contact us at hello@tracecoreai.co.za for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days of the paid period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@tracecoreai.co.za. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

4. Founder's Deal

Cancellation of a Founder's Deal subscription permanently forfeits the locked pricing. Resubscribing after cancellation is at the standard rate applicable at that time.

5. Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. If you have a dispute, contact us first at hello@tracecoreai.co.za. If unresolved, you may approach the National Consumer Commission.
